POP POWN
Please ignore my singing voice in this video! Our little girl loves the Popcorn Popping song, or as she calls it "POP POWN", from church! She asks you to sing it with her all day long. This is the only video I have been able to get of her singing it and she is very aware of the camera. She isn't doing her hand motions as well as she normally does but we are glad to have a video of her cute little moments either way. Today I have been thinking of all the little things she used to do that I just loved and she doesn't do anymore. MAN, they grow up quick! She used to make the funniest noise for the lions "roar". It would make anyone laugh and now she makes a really good lions noise. There are many things she does now that make us laugh though. She walks around the house with our shoes on all the time. Whenever Preston comes home the first things she says to him is "Hi Dude" which is funny cause we didn't teach her that. I guess we use the word "dude" a lot. The other day Preston and I were finishing up dinner and Evie brought over her coat and shoes. We put them on her since she is very persuasive these days and she kept saying something we couldn't understand. A couple mins later after she was super frustrated with us we realized she was asking to go play with her "friends". What a funny girl. We just laughed. Everyday I have to prepare her that we may not see our friends that day. She thinks that Daddy has a baby in his belly too and frequently pulls his shirt up and says "hi sister" to his belly. One day she will understand that only mommies have babies in their bellies. She has also become a champ at giving zurbits. Zurbit is a word Preston uses when you blow on someones belly. I thought I should clarify since I had never heard it called that before I met him. When you sneeze she says "bless you" even from the other side of the house. Also when you cough, she drops everything shes doing and asks you if you are "ok" while patting you on the back till you reassure her that you are in fact "ok". There is so much more! She is now 20 months old and we are loving this stage she is in. What a fun girl!
